Records Management Intern
Teacher Retirement System of Texas
Intern duties include assisting in file plan development for TRS workgroups, creating a Records Management department Microsoft Power BI dashboard, visualizing records metrics in Excel, creating a data map for TRS records, creating annual disposition input logs with Microsoft Power Apps, and evaluating microform holdings at TRS.
Fall 2021
Processing Archivist Internship
Texas General Land Office
Fully processed a collection of 5.42 linear feet as a part of an archival practicum. Wrote an extensive appraisal report and processing plan for the collection. Performed basic preservation work on paper. Wrote a DACS compliant finding aid and encoded the finding aid in EAD/XML.

Research Assistant
Saint Anselm College
As a history department research assistant, I worked on a project to create a database and map in ArcGIS stops and sites on the 12th c. Way of St. James.
2017 - 2019
Field Archaeologist Internship
Saint Anselm College
Participated in three archaeological dig seasons in Orvieto, Italy through Saint Anselm College and the Institute for Mediterranean Archaeology. I learned archaeological theory, and Roman and Etruscan history through hands-on experience digging and through work in a photography lab for finds. In the 2019 dig season, I worked on an Etruscan inscriptions database, imaging, and inventory project with finds from one of the sites.
